Bar-Roque Grill, the menu is powered by Chef Stephane’s memories in France, his home region of Alsace and his culinary inspirations.
We celebrate the artisanal craft, which is why our highly sought after charcuterie, rillettes and terrines are made from scratch in-house. Our latest pride and joy? A customised chiller for an exclusive meat aging programme, a dream of Stephane’s for many years that was transformed into reality after his immersion with butchers in Paris and Strasbourg to learn the finer art of dry aging meats. A special hunting menu to celebrate the game season, spectacular seafood platters and a spotlight on French classics…it’s always going to be a special meal at Bar-Roque Grill.

At Do.Main Deli & Bistro, you can bring the artisan into your daily life. Nestled in the charming Katong neighbourhood, Chef Stephane has designed a menu that offers a range of handmade goodness. From charcuterie platters, beef steaks to comfort food such as pies and pastas, there’s something for you everyday.
Our menu of French breads, pastries and desserts are produced daily based on the same philosophy – from scratch, according to time-tested French traditions.
Bar-Roque Bar is inspired by Chef Stephane’s years working in the Caribbean, when he learnt the art of rum infusions. He started offering his rum concoctions with his touch of Asian flavours here, people came…and never really wanted to leave. The story goes on.
Today, Bar-Roque Bar is The Space where everyone comes for a good time, with friends, colleagues, loved ones or family. The perpetually convivial spot is where you gather to savour Bar-Roque bar bites such as tarte flambé, chicken wings with chilli sauce and hearty truffle fries. Equally in demand is the list of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails at affordable prices.

The 6469 winery, located in the Languedoc region of Southern France aims to provide a true vine to table experience and has a mission to fill the glasses of wine enthusiasts from all over Asia.
Using both indigenous and new grape varietals coupled with organic growing methods, the 6469 winery’s first vintage produced in 2014 was a roaring success. Since then, we have been refining our craft to produce rich, deep red wines with hints of violet and spices; refreshing, fruity whites and crisp, sweet rosé wines.
